2. Account Deletion and Pruning
When a customer deletes their account, all related records (usernames, email addresses, password hashes, generated API keys, and property slot configurations) are immediately and permanently removed from MongoDB. Audit logs containing transaction metadata are purged automatically at the end of the 90-day rolling cycle.
3. Database Backups
We maintain database backups for disaster recovery. Backups are encrypted and automatically deleted after a 30-day retention period.
