These Billing and Subscription Terms govern your account plans, connected property slot allocations, and quotas on ConvertXLab.
1. Account Tiers and Quotas
We support the following plans:
Free Plan: 1 active connected property, up to 100 requests per month. WebP conversions only.
Starter Plan: 3 active properties, up to 2,000 requests per month. Auto processing and bulk conversions enabled.
Pro Plan: 10 active properties, up to 20,000 requests per month. Full format access including AVIF.
Super Plan: Unlimited testing plan for operations.
2. Over-Quota and Deactivation Rules
If active property counts exceed your plan limit during a downgrade, excess properties will remain active but you must select which properties to keep active to perform new registrations.
3. Account Upgrades
Subscription modifications take effect immediately. Quotas are recalculated based on your billing cycle and reset monthly.
